Job summary

Wyoming Water Development Office seeks a full-time project manager to administer water construction projects, review engineering planning studies, contract documents, and cost estimates, and ensure the State's interests are protected in municipal water supply, dams, and irrigation projects.

You will attend design reviews and progress meetings while managing budgets and coordinating with sponsors, engineers, and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1–2 years of progressive work experience in engineering or 4–6 years with equivalent knowledge
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or eligibility preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the Agency's project manager on assigned construction projects.
• Administer the State's project agreements with sponsors.
• Review and comment on engineer planning studies and construction documents.
• Review cost estimates and owner–engineer agreements.
• Manage budgets and expenditures for construction and engineering projects.
