Responsibilities

Coordinate park projects in the Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) system.
Oversee preparation, internal review, and public involvement for environmental and historic preservation reviews.
Evaluate environmental and historic preservation effects of park projects.
Lead project planning meetings and develop design alternatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Prepare environmental assessments and environmental impact statements; develop cost estimates and scopes of work.
Manage contracts for compliance-related work and monitor contractor performance.
