Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• At least 2-year experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in continuous production processes and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and read production data.
• Ability to visualize defects and adhere to safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and adjust machine/process for optimized production of CV products.
• Monitor key equipment parameters and record data; adjust process for optimization.
• Inspect product characteristics to ensure A grade acceptability.
• Read and interpret application charts and graphs.
• Perform line walks to monitor quality, reliability and housekeeping.
• Assist with production trials and troubleshooting quality issues.
• Help develop and update equipment operating procedures.
• Assist with line changeovers and preventive maintenance for performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures with guidance from supervisor/engineering.
• Escalate unresolved failures as needed and participate in leadership decisions.
• Join continuous improvement teams and train new personnel.
• Pursue additional technical skills and competencies.
