Job summary

Opti Staffing is hiring for a Waterjet Operator position in Clackamas, OR. You will operate Flow waterjet machinery, set up and monitor production, and read blueprints to meet specifications. The role offers a long-term opportunity with training provided for the right candidate.

The shift is Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10 schedule) with a starting pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour. This position emphasizes safety, quality, and steady growth within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to safely handle materials and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate Flow waterjet machinery to cut various materials according to specifications.
• Set up and monitor machines throughout production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
