Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Follow directions with attention to speeds, feeds and tooling.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to cut parts per order.
• Use basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Monitor operations for quality and accuracy of components.
• Inspect finished products for defects and conformance to specs.
• Use calipers and measuring tools accurately.
• Operate overhead crane and lifting devices; forklift experience is a plus.
• Keep work area clean, safe and orderly.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Willingness to perform any required duties as part of a team.
• Must pass a drug test; drug-free work environment.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and translate to machine setup and operation.
• Set up CNC waterjet processes to cut parts per order.
• Maintain accurate measurements and tolerances during cutting.
• Inspect finished components for defects and ensure specifications.
