Qualifications

• Experience operating Waterjet, Laser, or CNC machinery.
• Ability to safely set up and operate production equipment.
• Knowledge of G-Code and CNC machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Waterjet Laser and/or CNC machines.
• Load and unload materials onto production equipment.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Machine parts to tight tolerances.
• Deburr, drill, tap, and countersink finished components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Maintain the quality of fabricated parts and equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
