Responsibilities include reading blueprints, applying speeds/feeds and tooling knowledge, and maintaining quality. Proficiency with calipers, safety rules, and teamwork is essential; overtime may be required as we prepare for the move to Van Alstyne, TX in 2026.

Seeking a skilled and experienced Waterjet Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating waterjet cutting machines to cut materials according to precise specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and understands blueprints.
• Following directions/instructions step-by-step. Has knowledge of speeds, feeds, and tooling.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting parts per order.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of the components
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications
• Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools accurately
• Able to use an overhead crane, and other lifting devices. able to operate forklift
• Maintain work area and equipment: clean, orderly, and safe.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Ability to Perform any Required Duties as a team member.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Fabhar Facility is currently in Princeton, TX which will be moving to Van Alstyne, TX in fall / winter of 2026

Must Pass a Drug Test, We Provide a Drug-Free Work Environment.

Starting at $20.00 to $26.00 / Hour based on skills and qualifications. Day shift.
