Join us as a Waterfront Project Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc.

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to join our New Hampshire office as a Waterfront Project Manager. This role involves working on various waterfront facility design and inspection projects, including piers, wharves, seawalls, bulkheads, jetties, breakwaters, revetments, and marinas. The ideal candidate will have a background in structural design of transportation and/or waterfront structures and can work from either our New Hampshire or Rhode Island office.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately difficult engineering computations using conventional practices.
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software for preparing documents.
• Conduct inspections and oversee inspection staff on waterfront facility assessment projects.
• Engage in field work, which may include nights and weekends.
• Develop comprehensive engineering plans and reports.
• Support construction activities in office and field to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project budgets and collaborate with clients.
• Ensure accurate billing and manage accounts receivable.
• Assist with proposal preparation, project scoping, estimating costs, planning, and quality assurance.
• Supervise entry-level engineers, technicians, drafters, and administrative staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
