Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant service, upscale casual dining, fine dining, or private club hospitality preferred.
• Food safety training or certification preferred.
• Responsible alcohol service certification may be required if duties involve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers in providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to members and guests.
• Provide water and bread service, replenish table essentials, and respond promptly to dining requests.
• Clear plates, glassware, and silverware and reset tables for new courses.
• Stock and replenish service supplies; keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Support dining operations across clubhouse and waterfront venues, including events and private functions.
