Job summary

The Yacht Club is seeking a Server Assistant / Food Runner to join our front-of-house team on the Chelsea waterfront. You will help deliver food to guests, maintain cleanliness, and support servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, able to lift 30+ lbs, and comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate service flow.
• Refill water glasses and respond to guest requests politely and efficiently.
• Interact with guests positively and maintain composure.
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
