Larchmont Yacht Club, Inc. is seeking experienced Servers for a year-round, part-time weekend role. You will deliver attentive, personalized service across dining venues, events, and private parties, ensuring a warm, polished hospitality experience for members and their guests.

Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards in a member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Server experience in restaurant, private club, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
• Experience in upscale casual dining or private club service preferred.
• Working knowledge of food preparation, menu ingredients, wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests per Club standards.
• Welcome members warmly, explain menu offerings, and create an inviting dining experience.
• Manage assigned tables, ensure timely orders, delivery, and follow-up.
• Develop knowledge of Club menus, daily specials, ingredients, prep methods, and beverages.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about offerings.
• Learn and remember member preferences for personalized service.
• Address service concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Ensure proper timing of courses and coordinate with kitchen and service team.
