Harbor Town Marina in Acworth on Lake Allatoona seeks dependable maintenance professionals to join our waterfront team. This full-time role maintains docks, buildings, and utilities to keep operations safe and reliable.

Ideal candidates have hands-on construction or facilities maintenance experience, can lift heavy materials, swim, and work outdoors in varying conditions. You will perform dock building, repairs, and general property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction or property maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Must be able to swim and work on floating structures.
• Reliable and punctual with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dock Building & Repair: Construct, modify, and maintain floating dock systems and walkways.
• Property Maintenance: Repair marina buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Utility Infrastructure: Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing systems.
• General Trades: Use carpentry, welding, and mechanical skills for projects.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow marina safety standards and regulations.
