Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, advanced carpentry, HVAC, etc., to diagnose systems, approaching mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.
• Make repairs as assigned while working efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and property.
• Always maintain all equipment in top condition. Ensure that safety standards are met.
• Follow and/or set preventive maintenance schedules, to prolong the equipment's life.
• Consistently assess work areas for safety concerns. Raise all concerns to the appropriate individual and follow up to ensure that all are resolved.
• Use all tools, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department properly and safely.
• Strong verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain positive relations with Team Members and Guests.

Requirements
