Best In Boating are hiring to join our team! Victoria Harbour is a scenic marina destination on Lake Allatoona in Woodstock, GA, offering beautiful waterfront views and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a favorite spot for boaters, locals, and visitors to enjoy time on the lake, friendly service, and memorable days by the water.

Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge (of electrical systems, plumbing systems, advanced carpentry, HVAC, etc.) to diagnose systems, approaching mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.
  • Make repairs as assigned while working efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and property.
  • Always maintain all equipment in top condition. Ensure that safety standards are met.
  • Ability to follow and/or set preventive maintenance schedules, to prolong the equipment's life.
  • Consistently assess work areas for safety concerns. Raise all concerns to the appropriate individual and follow up to ensure that all are resolved.
  • Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department.
  • Strong verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize these skills to maintain positive relations with Team Members and Guests.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position may require working in extreme temperatures.
  • Must be able to swim.
