Job summary

WWC Global seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist – Waterfront Representative to support the PEO Maritime. The role strengthens knowledge management and information flow across surface fleet stakeholders, ensuring readiness and effective planning.

The position requires mastery of maintenance policies, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with government clients and contractors in a demanding maritime environment. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination with 6 years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Direct experience with surface ship maintenance policies, processes, and strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational readiness by strengthening knowledge management practices and information flow.
• Ensure critical information is accessible, accurate, and used to preserve material readiness.
• Represent the government client by providing oversight, direction, and advisory in major maintenance/planning.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership, distilling complex information into actionable formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement best practices in maintenance management.
