Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5+ years in strategic leadership or market development.
• Demonstrated history of successful waterfront project delivery and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and strategic positioning of our CE&R practice in the tristate area.
• Identify, secure, and manage key client relationships across various sectors.
• Oversee grant identification, funding strategy, and writing for waterfront projects.
