Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5+ years in a strategic leadership role.
• Demonstrated history of successful waterfront project delivery and client relationship management.
• Professional certifications or licensure in applicable fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and strategic positioning of the CE&R practice.
• Identify, secure, and manage key client relationships.
• Oversee grant identification and funding strategies.
