Nick's Fish House in Baltimore is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our Waterfront Kitchen Team. The role ensures all dishware, cookware, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and ready for service, supporting efficient operations in a lively dining area.

You'll work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain cleanliness, manage trash and equipment, and help sustain a high-energy, guest-focused dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintains meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Prior dishwashing or kitchen support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and tools.
• Maintain a steady flow of clean dishware to support kitchen and service teams.
• Keep kitchen equipment and prep areas clean and sanitary.
• Sort and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste properly.
• Monitor chemicals and equipment, reporting issues to managers.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Contribute to a guest-focused service culture with a can-do attitude.
