A popular seafood restaurant chain in Maryland is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility team member. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, operating dishwashers, and supporting kitchen staff. Ideal candidates are authorized to work and possess culinary experience. Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying.
• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature biscuits.
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
