Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience with waterborne coatings formulation.
• Strong knowledge of coatings for wood, metal, and concrete substrates required.
• General knowledge of waterborne acrylic emulsions and polyurethane dispersions.

• Assist Sales team in maintaining and growing new business.
• Lead technical service projects and formulation development.
