Employbridge in Pineville, LA is seeking dependable Water Wells Technicians to support maintenance of water distribution systems. This outdoor, hands-on role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift and weekly pay.

You will work with an experienced crew to repair, maintain, and support water infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable services for the community. The position emphasizes safety and teamwork in a physical outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in utilities, construction, maintenance or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and maintenance of water lines and related infrastructure.
• Identify and repair leaks and service issues with crew members.
• Assist with digging, trenching, and utility repair projects.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance on water utility equipment and systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and work-site regulations.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
