Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Field Technician – Water Well Testing in Bakersfield, CA. This hands-on role supports water well testing and field operations; you will set up equipment, perform tests, and assist with inspections.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Service Technician, is comfortable outdoors, can travel to various job sites, and holds a valid driver’s license. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; pay $23–$25 per hour, direct hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Technician.
• Mechanical, maintenance, construction, or field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform water well testing and assist with field inspections.
• Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with basic repairs as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete field tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
• Travel to job sites and assist with daily field operations.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed.
