Job summary
Smyth Industries is seeking an entry-level Well and Pump 3rd Man to support rig operations, drilling, and well rehabilitation for water infrastructure projects in Arizona. You will assist with tools, materials, and site safety under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Must follow instructions and work safely as part of a crew
- Willingness to learn drilling and pump operations
- Ability to operate safely and observe PPE and site rules
Responsibilities
- Assist rig operator and 2nd Man with daily rig operations
- Prepare and retrieve tools and materials for crew
- Support drilling, pump rehabilitation, and abandonment tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Assist with basic maintenance of rigs, pumps, vehicles, and tools
- Document job progress and safety concerns as instructed
- Learn through hands-on instruction and demonstrate willingness to progress within Well and Pump Division
