Job summary

Smyth Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager in Arizona to lead complex fabrication and construction projects from concept to completion.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced water infrastructure environment. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication with clients, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of manufacturing, mechanical, or water infrastructure industries experience.
• Five+ years of project management experience; ten+ preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code knowledge is a plus.
• Arizona Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple manufacturing projects from conception through completion with schedule, scope, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor project financials including budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and client communications.
• Mentor staff and support business development and operational excellence.
