Hydro Resources Holding is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee land-based drilling projects for municipal water wells. The role involves developing plans, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will travel to client sites and meet regularly with teams at our Creedmoor headquarters. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, a related degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Geosciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in project management.
• PM experience in drilling industry preferred (water well, etc.).
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and budget.
• Willingness to travel to client sites with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules for assigned drilling projects.
• Oversee budgeting, permitting, logistics, and contractor management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams and regulatory agencies.
• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company protocols.
• Analyze project data and generate reports.
• Continuously improve project management processes.
