Beyer Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC seeks a Water Well Technician to install, maintain, and repair water wells for residential and commercial clients. Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities include equipment installation (pumps, filtration), inspections, diagnosing pump issues, emergency calls, water quality testing, and documenting results. Strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in water well installation, maintenance, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install new water well equipment, including pumps and filtration systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of wells.
• Diagnose and repair issues with pumps, motors, and components.
• Respond to emergency service calls for well failures or water quality issues.
• Perform water quality tests and analyze results.
• Document services, inspections, and water quality data.
• Educate clients on well maintenance and water safety.
