Lvi-Associates in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal utility infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors while coordinating with field teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as PM, assistant PM, or superintendent in heavy civil construction with strong water or underground utility project background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Strong background in water, wastewater, underground utilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
