Job summary

JennMar Services in Morgantown, WV is seeking experienced Water/Wastewater Transfer Operators for a full-time, rotating day and night shift. You’ll be part of a 3-person crew supporting daily transfer operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring pumps and gauges, recording readings, troubleshooting equipment, and performing routine maintenance. Eligible employees receive medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation time and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have water or wastewater transfer experience; preferred.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.
• Comfort with rotating day/night shifts and 12-hour rotatinal schedule.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 3-person crew supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations.
• Monitor pumps, meters, gauges, and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
• Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep including mowing and snow plowing as needed.
