Job summary

Jennmar is seeking an Experienced Water / Wastewater Transfer Operator for a full-time, rotating-shift position with day and night hours. The role involves a 3-person crew supporting daily transfer operations, monitoring equipment, and handling maintenance tasks.

Candidates should have water/wastewater experience, a valid driver’s license, and safety certifications; drug testing and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous water or wastewater treatment experience.
• Oil & Gas pad experience is a plus.
• SAFELAND PEC certification (training provided if you do not already have it).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check + occasional randomized drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 3-person crew supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations.
• Monitor pumps, meters, gauges, and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
• Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including general mechanical work, cleaning, mowing, weed-whacking, and snow plowing as needed.
