Job summary

JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced Water / Wastewater Transfer Operators for a full-time, rotating shift role. You will operate as part of a 3-person crew, monitor pumps, meters, and gauges, and document readings using a laptop or handheld device.

This position includes day and night 12-hour shifts, with 3 days on / 3 days off, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Water/wastewater transfer experience preferred.
• SAFELAND PEC certification is required or provided if not held.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check, with occasional randomized testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a 3-person crew to support daily water and wastewater transfer operations.
• Monitor pumps, meters, gauges, and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
• Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including mechanical work and site tasks such as mowing and snow plowing as needed.
