Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking an Experienced Water / Wastewater Transfer Operator to join a 3-person crew for daily transfer operations. This full-time role requires rotating day and night shifts (3 on/3 off) with 12-hour rotations, and offers competitive pay and benefits.

You will monitor pumps, meters, and gauges, troubleshoot issues, log readings, and perform routine maintenance. Valid driver’s license and PEC certification help, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous water or wastewater treatment experience preferred.
• Oil & Gas pad experience is a plus.
• SAFELAND PEC certification (training provided if needed).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check + occasional randomized drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a 3-person crew for daily water and wastewater transfer operations.
• Monitor pumps, meters, gauges and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
• Record readings and data using a laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe, reliable operation; perform routine maintenance.
