Qualifications

• Must live within 10–30 minutes of Warsaw.
• Weekend and on-call work on a rotating schedule; must respond to after-hour emergencies.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, maintain and replace complex water/wastewater equipment and treatment processes.
• Monitor equipment, gauges, meters, and control panels to determine processing needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and update maintenance records.
• Collect samples and run routine laboratory tests; prepare reagents and test solutions.
• Maintain records and submit reports to regulatory agencies and clients.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with agencies and citizens.
• Identify new market opportunities and help expand local projects.
• Order and manage chemicals, utilities, and materials cost-effectively.
• Oversee general building and equipment maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
