Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• NMED Grade 3 Water Treatment Plant Operator Certification and NMED Grade 3 Wastewater Operator Certification required.
• Prior Wastewater Treatment Plant experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients and oversee contractors on projects.
• Support a range of project management activities within the group.
• Develop and maintain data collection and analytics reports on plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Schedule work monthly and assign tasks to team members if needed.
