Job summary

HKA Enterprises in Eunice, NM is seeking an experienced Field Technician to operate and maintain water, wastewater, and remediation treatment systems. This full-time, onsite role includes regional travel during work hours using a provided company vehicle, with occasional after-hours work and emergency callouts.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, collect samples, monitor gauges and control panels, and coordinate site activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industrial, mechanical, environmental, oil & gas, utility, or water treatment experience.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, piping, mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card after hire, including passing the required federal background check.
• Ability to pass drug screening, including hair follicle testing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., wear PPE and respirators, and work outdoors in industrial environments.
• Willingness to perform up to 90% fieldwork.

Responsibilities

Location Requirement:

Candidates residing in Hobbs, Eunice, and surrounding areas are strongly preferred. Relocation candidates may be considered if highly qualified and willing to relocate.
