Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Water/Wastewater Superintendent in Massachusetts to lead field operations on multiple New England water and wastewater projects. You will oversee crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day execution with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven Superintendent experience in water or wastewater construction.
• Ability to lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage safety, quality, and schedule on multi-million-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, schedule performance, and coordination with PM/engineering teams.
• Review drawings and documents; support RFIs, field coordination, and resolve site challenges.
