Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent to oversee complex civil infrastructure projects throughout Massachusetts, focusing on water and wastewater, utility, and sitework construction. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil or utilities, 7+ years in field leadership, and a strong track record in safety, scheduling, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil, utility, sitework, or infrastructure construction.
• 7+ years of relevant field leadership preferred.
• Background managing water/wastewater, underground utility, drainage, or roadway projects.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety protocols, and field operations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations across civil and utility construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, equipment, and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, excavation, and utility installation projects.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive productivity and foster a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture.
