LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy civil and water treatment construction in Plymouth, MA. This full-time role oversees complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil infrastructure, water/wastewater, or public works, with strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skills. We offer competitive compensation and career growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large or technically complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost controls.
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with field leadership and project delivery teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and values.
• Oversee cost reporting, billing, and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontracts, changes, and contracts.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and sequencing with Superintendents.
• Review plans, specs, contracts, and scopes for risks and opportunities.
• Monitor progress and address schedule or cost concerns.
• Maintain client, engineer, architect, and vendor relationships.
• Lead preconstruction meetings, reviews, and closeouts.
• Support estimating and constructability reviews during pursuit.
