Job summary

STV, Inc. invites motivated students to join our Water/Wastewater team as a Structural Engineering Intern. You will work with seasoned engineers to plan, design, and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on exposure to industry practices.

You will contribute to design concepts, drawings, calculations, and documentation, with mentorship and opportunities to participate in meetings and field observations across project phases.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in structural engineering within water and wastewater facilities.
• Familiarity with structural analysis or design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural design and analysis tasks for water and wastewater facilities under licensed engineers.
• Support development of structural plans, layouts, and design concepts.
• Prepare drawings, sketches, and calculations for construction documents.
