Job summary

• Background in order entry and purchase order management.
• CRM experience required; QuickBase is used.
• Strong vendor coordination and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review reports, prepare bid folders, and transmit project information to vendors.
• Process orders: review POs, enter orders, and prepare submittals.
• Coordinate communication between customers and vendors and track project status.
