Job summary

United Flow Technologies (UFT) in Milford, OH, seeks a Sales Project Coordinator to manage project coordination tasks for equipment orders in the water/wastewater sector. You will ensure a smooth lifecycle from order entry to delivery, working with sales staff and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of projects/orders in QuickBase
• Respond to requests from senior managers and sales staff
• Prepare regular reports in QuickBase and distribute as requested
• Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and other project docs in SharePoint
• Act as primary contact for manufacturers, contractors, and customers
• Communicate with manufacturers to update orders in QuickBase
• Provide delivery date updates to accounting on projected equipment deliveries

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is hiring a Sales Project Coordinator for our Milford, Ohio office. The Sales Project Coordinator will perform a variety of project coordination tasks associated with equipment sales for the water/ wastewater treatment industry. The Sales Project Coordinator will ensure a smooth project lifecycle for all equipment orders.

This position requires working on-site in our Milford, OH office 5 days a week.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, accounting of projects/orders in the QuickBase environment
• Handling requests and queries from senior managers and sales staff associated with equipment orders
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports in QuickBase and distribute as requested
• Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation in SharePoint
• Act as the point of contact for manufacturers and general contractors, and customers
• Maintain consistent communication with manufacturers to ensure accurate updates to orders are entered into QuickBase on a routine basis
• Provide updates to accounting staff on projected delivery dates of equipment

What you bring:

• 2+ years of project coordination or sales support experience; preferably within water / wastewater, construction or general contractor industries
• Working experience with Quickbase & Quickbooks highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with changing priorities
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Milford, OH
