The candidate will lead self-perform mechanical, yard piping, and concrete crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation throughout the construction cycle.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising projects in the water or wastewater industry.
• Proven supervisory leadership and people skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• History of multi-million-dollar project completions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform mechanical, yard piping and concrete crews on water/wastewater projects.
• Maintain a safe workplace and enforce safety policy.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate permits and inspections.
• Prepare daily reports and field documents.
• Manage progress photos and material handling.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
• Identify changes in scope and communicate to the Project Manager.
