Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, or related projects.
• EIT required; PE license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized water and wastewater projects with oversight from senior project managers.
• Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, facilitating meetings, gathering project information, and providing updates.
• Coordinate internal design efforts by assigning tasks to engineers and technicians and monitoring progress.
• Support QA/QC by reviewing plans, calculations, and deliverables.
• Prepare engineering design documents, technical reports, cost estimates, and permitting packages.
• Coordinate with public agencies, utilities, subconsultants, and regulatory reviewers.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, including technical content and project descriptions.
• Track project performance, assist with invoicing, and maintain project documentation.
• Promote a collaborative team environment for communication and efficient delivery.
