Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking an engineer to manage and execute water and wastewater projects in the Midwest. The role involves delivering high-quality results and building client relationships from our St. Paul, MN office.

The Project Management position oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Required: 5+ years of PM experience, degree in engineering/PM, and local licensure preferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with municipal water and wastewater engineering preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and set direction for small to mid-size projects.
• Develop detailed scopes, schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and change orders to keep projects on track.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are followed on all sites.
• Support client service, marketing and proposals as needed.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share knowledge.
