Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• 2+ years in a project management role.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of water and wastewater projects including planning, design, and construction.
• Supervise and support engineering staff including mentoring junior engineers.
• Monitor financial aspects of projects and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop client relationships and lead client meetings to secure new business.
• Prepare engineering documents and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact with clients and prepare client presentations.
