Job summary

You will lead projects through preconstruction to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are met while coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and effective communication. Travel to project sites across Arizona is expected, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects.
• Experience with underground utility construction (waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains).
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion while meeting schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Experience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate progress.
• Review plans and specifications, identify conflicts, and develop practical solutions.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project correspondence.
• Travel to project sites throughout Arizona as needed.
