Kennedy Jenks Consultants in Colorado is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead infrastructure programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliver practical water and wastewater solutions for clients.

This role requires a PE in CO or ability to obtain within 6 months, 7+ years in water/wastewater, and strong client engagement. The firm offers a hybrid work model, collaborative culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects, with 2+ years in project management.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater planning, design, construction support, codes, regulations, and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction support, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee development of engineering deliverables: plans, specs, cost estimates, technical documents, contracts, reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams, and stakeholders to address questions and align with project requirements.
• Work with in-house design teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, architectural disciplines, and sub-consultants.
• Monitor financials, milestones, risks, and resource needs; adjust as needed.
• Lead client communications, meetings, and presentations to foster strong relationships and outcomes.
• Shape proposal strategies, coordinate with marketing, prepare scopes and budgets, support interview teams.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in hiring and recruitment.
