Role Responsibilities

The Project Manager 7 oversees large-scale projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
  2. Developing and communicating project plans.
  3. Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
  4. Serving as the primary client contact and maintaining open communication.
  5. Allocating resources and managing risks.
  6. Mentoring less experienced project managers.
  7. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  8. Handling financial aspects, including contracts, budgets, and reporting.
  9. Participating in business development and marketing efforts.
  10. Managing project execution and technical deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 4 years of experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and project management software.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred
  • Master’s Degree in related field.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses.
