Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all project objectives for assigned projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable, and manpower requirements; prepare invoices.
2. Develop Project Management plans for assigned projects.
3. Establish project pricing and budgets.
4. Create and maintain project schedules.
5. Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans.
6. Develop and coordinate project scope.
7. Manage subconsultants.
8. Participate in client presentations.
9. Oversee and manage assigned staff working on projects.
10. Manage all technical resources on the project team.
11. Develop requests for additional work and open-end contract proposals.
12. Coordinate and assist with marketing proposals.

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer License.
• 8+ years' experience in Water/Wastewater project design and management.

Preferred Experience:

• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Experience working with local clients at the county and state levels.
• Project management and business development experience.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3).
• Managing multidisciplinary project teams.

Working Conditions:

Office work constitutes 95% of the time, generally sedentary but may include standing and walking. Fieldwork may be required in various weather conditions, with some lifting (up to 25 lbs).
