We are seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager to grow the Water Engineering team in the Wheeling, WV office. In this role, you'll use your technical expertise in planning, design, construction, and client service to lead the execution of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects — from initial planning and design through construction completion.
Day‑to‑day, you'll lead and direct the technical development of infrastructure projects spanning supply, storage, collection, distribution, treatment, and pumping/conveyance systems, while managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations. You'll supervise and mentor a team of design engineers and technical staff, coordinate across multi‑disciplined engineering teams, and play a key role in client management — including direct engagement with municipal officials, engineers, developers, permitting agencies, and contractors. This is a highly visible role supporting a major, growing municipal account, with strong emphasis on relationship management and keeping the client relationship strong.
The ideal candidate is passionate about water/wastewater infrastructure work, comfortable owning client relationships, and motivated by mentoring and growing a technical team.
