Senior Project Manager – Water and Wastewater Infrastructure
We’re a global engineering, management, and development services firm that serves projects worldwide. We seek a dynamic, highly‑motivated Senior Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to join our Denver, Colorado office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager on large and complex projects with multi‑discipline teams.
- Serve as Line Manager, recruiting, developing, supervising, and retaining junior staff.
- Serve as project principal, supervising less‑experienced project managers on smaller, less‑complex projects.
- Supervise and direct preparation of planning studies, evaluations, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Supervise and direct preparation of plans and specifications for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities.
- Supervise and direct construction engineering support services.
- Lead the technical development of proposals.
- Serve as account leader responsible for creating and growing relationships with one or more clients.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or similar).
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer – Colorado preferred.
- 8+ years of total experience in planning, design, and construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for major utility clients.
- Strong technical skills and leadership experience, preferably including water or wastewater treatment plants.
- 5+ years of experience managing multi‑discipline project teams.
- 5+ years of experience managing proposals for engineering projects.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment managing and growing client relationships.
Benefits & Compensation
Individual pay is determined based on location, education, experience, and unique skills. The expected salary for this position is $140,000 – $171,000.

Location & Working Arrangement
Denver, CO, US.
Hybrid model: Majority of the time spent in office with a minimum of three days a week; flexibility to meet client, team, and personal commitments.
Regular full‑time U.S. position.
